Terms of Service - IFS API Model

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IFS API Model tool ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Permitted Use

The Service is intended for authorised internal use only. You may use it to:

Train and manage REST API template matching models for IFS environments.
Extract OpenAPI documentation from authorised IFS environments.
Generate and manage CSV datasets for model training.
Test API predictions against trained models.

3. Authorised Access

You must only connect the Service to IFS environments for which you have explicit authorisation. Use of credentials, API keys, or access tokens belonging to others without permission is strictly prohibited.

4. API Keys and Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your API keys, IFS credentials, and Google OAuth tokens confidential. Do not share them with unauthorised parties. You are responsible for all actions taken using your credentials.

5. Google Drive Integration

The Google Drive integration is an optional feature that uses your personal Google account. By enabling it, you authorise the Service to create folders and upload/download files in your Google Drive on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time via your Google Account settings.

6. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any training data you add to the model. Do not input sensitive personal data, passwords, or confidential information as training examples.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Predictions and API suggestions generated by the model are provided for guidance only and should be verified before use in production systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of the Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.

9. Modifications

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Platned Syngco Limited. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
